Look out Atlanta here we come!

This past weekend we all loaded up and took off to Atlanta. We stayed at the downtown Sheraton which was a very nice hotel. It had one of the largest swimming pools in town, which had a retractable roof but unfortunately it was rainy and cold so it never got opened. But still it was very nice. We went swimming a lot and James really had a ball until of course it was time to get out and dry off then we had our hands full with a nearly two year old screaming and arching his back in an attempt to thwart off our toweling efforts. But after a few moments everything was ok. We went to the Atlanta Aquarium which by the way is now the worlds largest. We had a nice time there except it was so crowded that it made it difficult to maneuver a stroller around and to get up close to some of the more popular attractions such as the Beluga whales and the whale sharks. After we left the aquarium it was just a short walk to the children's museum, which turned out to be a lot less crowded and tons more fun for James, there were lots of "hands on" things for him to do there and he really enjoyed himself as did Carrie and I. After that we strolled through centennial Olympic park and over to the CNN building where we had lunch before going back to the hotel for another swim in the pool then to the room for some much needed rest. We wanted to visit more but we were all pooped out and ready to go home the next day. All in all we had a really great time and can't wait to go back.

It looks like you had a great time! By the way, I can totally sympathize with the arched back and screaming. If you find a good solution for that problem, let me know. Thanks for the great pics!
